ANZ internal comms refresh
ANZ has a unique way of talking to staff that clearly distinguishes it from the bank’s mainstream media. As part of the overall ANZ masterbrand refresh, we also took the opportunity to refine the look and feel of the bank’s internal comms, which included a new approach to illustrative elements as well as overarching updates to core branding bars and fonts.
Using the line illustration style of the masterbrand as a foundation, we created a royalty free library of icons, introduced strong areas of flat colour and replaced the previous script font with a more mature caps treatment to headlines. The end result is a more premium and sophisticated look to internal comms that still feels fun and friendly.
